on the verge, on the verge for weeks
feel my grip, feel my grip weakening
how much longer
how much longer will it take?
don't mean to keep you waiting
i know it’s inconvenient
you watch me floundering
you watch me floundering
are you following me?
or am i talking to myself again
are you following me?
or am i talking to myself again
low life aspirations make the most sense
would you feel better, would you feel better if i said i didn't mean it?
low life aspirations make the most sense
would you feel better if i said i didn't mean it?
holding on
so used to being far gone
i make it look easy
on the verge for weeks
feel my grip
loosening
you watch me floundering
i count
the distance
are you following me?
or am i talking to myself again
are you following me?
or am i talking to myself again
am i talking to myself again?
am i talking to myself again?
am i talking to myself again?
am i talking to myself?
What a fantastic find. Throws all of my love for Wire, Minutemen, The Waitresses, and every other herky-jerky art-punk band, into a blender and comes out better than a kale smoothie. But beyond the nostalgia factor, these are sharp songwriters and arrangements. Excited to see them live tomorrow night! Ragle Gumm
Layering guitars and saxes over synths and drum machines, this Oakland duo's darkwave is as melodically potent as it is texturally rich. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 1, 2024
